Cinnamazing Protein Pancakes

1/2 Cup Nonfat Cottage Cheese
3/4 Cup Egg Whites
1/2 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 Cup Oats
1 TSP Baking Powder
1 TSP Vanilla Extract
1 TSP Cinnamon

Blend well and cook as pancakes. My favorite is to top my pancakes with Walden Farms chocolate and pancake syrups. Makes 2 servings of 3 pancakes each if making 1/4 cup pancakes.
