MasterBrain Results:

At the time of this review, I had been taking MasterBrain for 2 weeks. I began by taking 2 capsules of the MasterBrain AM first thing in the morning with a large glass of water. The directions state to take 3 capsules, however, I drink coffee in the morning, and I was afraid of being over stimulated. I did notice that I was extra alert that day and in the days following without having that caffeine rush and crash that I can sometimes experience with too much coffee. My alertness was steady throughout the day and into the evening. I usually experience mental fatigue after dinner and do not engage in anything that requires too much thinking after my kids go to bed. I am a single mother to 3 young active boys and I run a home business. My day never stops and I am usually mentally exhausted by the end of the day. Since taking MasterBrain, I do not experience that mental fatigue and stress that would normally come after a long day. I find that I am not as overwhelmed with the endless tasks I have. I am even working on this review at 11:30pm and still have a ton of mental alertness and focus! Occasionally, I will take the recommended dose of 3 capsules, especially on days that require extra focus and concentration, but two capsules seem to benefit me just fine. I will continue to take MasterBrain, as I am amazed at how much I can accomplish. I like the results of the product and find that it has helped me to improve my business and life by allowing me to focus on all my tasks at hand, without being overwhelmed by all that I must do in a day. I am able to accomplish so much more because of MasterBrain!
In the evening, about 45 minutes before going to bed, I take 2 to 3 capsules of MasterBrain PM with a glass of water. Within 30 minutes of taking the product, I feel relaxed and am able to fall asleep more quickly. I have noticed that I do not wake up as often throughout the night on the nights I take the product. I wake up with ease and feel refreshed, never groggy. It feels as though I am sleeping more soundly too. Sleep is so important to my success! Without good sleep, I do not function at my best the next day, my workouts suffer, and I tend to make poor food choices.
How To Take MasterBrain:
The directions state to take 3 capsules of MasterBrain AM with 16-20 ounces of water upon waking five days a week, with 2 days off. Three capsules of MasterBrain PM should be taken with water 45 minutes before bedtime, as long as you can devote 8 hours to sleep. However, I have taken 2 capsules before bed even when I cannot devote a full 8 hours to sleep, and I never wake up groggy. I am able to turn my brain off, sleep soundly, and feel refreshed in the morning and ready for a new day!

Final Thoughts:

I am really impressed with the 1st Phorm MasterBrain supplement. Lately, I have exclusively been dependent on caffeine to fuel my mind throughout the day. However, caffeine may give me the extra energy I need, but not necessarily the mental alertness, focus, and sharpness that I have been experiencing with 1st Phorm’s MasterBrain. I have taken a few other brain boosting supplements in the past that have claimed to improve memory and brain function, but most of them contained just a few ingredients and I could never tell if they were really working or not. I find MasterBrain superior to other products because of the combination of ingredients and because 1st Phorm uses legitimate doses of each ingredient in their product and they have also implemented a nighttime supplement in conjunction with the daytime supplement. The combination produces the desired results of mental focus and acuity throughout the entire day.
